Terms and Conditions of BOL Delivery App
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BOL Delivery App ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("the Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you must discontinue using the App immediately.
2. Eligibility
By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Orders and Payment
a. Placing Orders: By placing an order through the App, you agree to purchase the items selected from participating restaurants. All orders are subject to restaurant availability.
b. Payments: Payment must be made through the App using the payment methods provided. You authorize BOL to charge the applicable fees for your order, including delivery charges and taxes.
c. Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or canceled unless permitted by the restaurant's policy.
5. Delivery
BOL is not responsible for any delays or issues in delivery once the order is accepted by the restaurant. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only. You agree to provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive the order at the designated location.
6. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of BOL, subject to the policies of the restaurant. If you are dissatisfied with an order, you may contact BOL customer support within 24 hours to resolve any disputes.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App or engage in any unlawful activity. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false information, using another person's account, or interfering with the operation of the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the App are the property of BOL or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the App without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
BOL is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, delivery delays, order errors, or any other matter related to the services provided through the App.
10. Termination
BOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
11. Changes to Terms
BOL reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BOL operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
